Breast milk is best for your baby

Breast milk is best for babies. The World Health Organisation (WHO) and Health Promotion Board (HPB) recommend exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life. Unnecessary introduction of bottle feeding or other food and drinks will have a negative impact on breastfeeding. At around six months of age (but not before 4 months), infants should receive nutritionally adequate and age-appropriate complementary foods while breastfeeding continues for up to two years of age or beyond. Consult your doctor before deciding to use infant formula or if you have difficulty breastfeeding.

SIMILAC MUM

Pan-seared Garoupa with Ginger Milk Broth and Noodles

 

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 10g ginger
  • 2g sea salt
  • 120-150g garoupa
  • 3 scoops Similac Mum Vanilla
  • 1 serving size somen
  • 1 tbsp ikura
  • Edamame
  • Fried ginger

Method

  1. Pan sear butter and ginger with sliced garoupa.
  2. When garoupa is ready, set it aside and save the butter sauce.
  3. Mix 3 scoops of Similac Mum Vanilla with warm water. Do not boil.
  4. Boil somen till cooked.
  5. Add saved butter sauce to Similac Mum Vanilla and pour over somen.
  6. Plate with garoupa, ikura, edemame, fried ginger and enjoy!
