Breast milk is best for your baby

Breast milk is best for babies. The World Health Organisation (WHO) and Health Promotion Board (HPB) recommend exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life. Unnecessary introduction of bottle feeding or other food and drinks will have a negative impact on breastfeeding. At around six months of age (but not before 4 months), infants should receive nutritionally adequate and age-appropriate complementary foods while breastfeeding continues for up to two years of age or beyond. Consult your doctor before deciding to use infant formula or if you have difficulty breastfeeding.

Fabulous French Toast



  • 1 cup/240ml Similac Mum Vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • 4 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Strawberries


  1. To prepare Similac Mum Milk: Add warm water to 3 scoops of Similac Mum Vanilla till 1 cup mark is reached. Mix well.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix cinnamon, Similac Mum milk and eggs. Soak each slice of bread in mixture till saturated.
  3. In a large frying pan, melt butter over low-to-medium heat. Place bread in pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Garnish with desired fruits and enjoy!
