Breast milk is best for your baby

Breast milk is best for babies. The World Health Organisation (WHO) and Health Promotion Board (HPB) recommend exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of life. Unnecessary introduction of bottle feeding or other food and drinks will have a negative impact on breastfeeding. At around six months of age (but not before 4 months), infants should receive nutritionally adequate and age-appropriate complementary foods while breastfeeding continues for up to two years of age or beyond. Consult your doctor before deciding to use infant formula or if you have difficulty breastfeeding.

Creamy Strawberry Ice Pops

Total Time: 15 minutes

Makes: 8 servings


  • 2 bottles / 2 cups PediaSure (vanilla)
  • 2 cups plain yogurt, low fat
  • 12 strawberries


  1. In a blender, blend together PediaSure with yogurt and half of the strawberries. Slice the remaining strawberries and distribute among 4-ounce, ice-pop molds or paper/plastic cups.
  2. Pour the mixture into the molds or cups to cover the strawberries. Put an ice-pop stick or plastic spoon through the center of each mixture for a handle. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.

Tip: Use raspberries or kiwi slices to create different varieties
